Are you a talented Graphic Designer looking for a new challenge? Join our dynamic team at Tangerine Group, where you'll support our divisions by creating stunning artwork to enhance our marketing campaigns and online presence. 

This role is 100% office-based, working across all key brands within the Tangerine Group.

Up to £26k!

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Collateral: Create traditional offline design materials for all our brands, covering all areas of marketing literature and campaign support.
• Digital Content: Develop social media materials and digital video animations to support marketing campaigns and product launches.
• Process Adherence: Ensure the artwork request process is followed correctly.
• Quality Control: Ensure all work is created to an exceptionally high standard, on deadline, and on brand.
• Print-Ready Artwork: Amend or create print-ready artwork as required, using Adobe software on an Apple Mac platform.
• Online Activity: Assist with online marketing activities.
• Record Keeping: Ensure all copies and electronic files are accurately maintained and up to date.
• Brand Guardian: Maintain consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing areas and regions.
• External Liaison: Work with external agencies and suppliers to effectively deploy new marketing initiatives.
• Meetings and Training: Attend staff meetings and training sessions as needed.
• Travel: Occasional travel to other sites.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: At least 3 years in a similar role.
• Software Proficiency: Expertise in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, with excellent knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint. Experience in digital and 3D applications is a plus.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organization: Excellent organizational skills.
• Presentation Skills: Confidence to present and explain ideas to originators and stakeholders.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.
• Driving License: Full UK Driving Licence.
