On a yearly basis and based on company performance all employees (after a qualifying period) will be eligible for the company profit share.

Refer a Friend Scheme
Our 'Refer a Friend' scheme enables all employees to recommend a 'friend/connection' that would be a good fit for any of our Open To Hire roles. We pay £250 initially. Then after 12 months of completed service, we'll pay £500. When your referral hits 2 years service we'll pay you £1000.
