My role, It’s not just a Research & Development role, it involves everything to do with a product from start to finish, so it’s diverse. There aren’t many products within the VetPlus portfolio that I haven’t worked on in one way or another, including some of the bigger ones, in terms of sales numbers, like Synoquin and Promax. With the Calmex launch, we ran the clinical trial, which I organised. I've been with Tangerine since 2010

I did my clinical placements at a foster practice in Barnsley and by chance, a vet was leaving at the time I was graduating so it was pretty much a guarantee that I would go from being a student with them to becoming a vet. I stayed there for two and a half years and then started looking for a practice that just did farm and small animals as this had become my main area of interest. After spells working at a small animal practice and at Vets4Pets, I then decided I wanted to change it up and move away from clinical work to try something different, with more sociable hours and a more stable rota. That’s how I ended up at VetPlus and I have been here nearly four years now,
