The Role
We are looking for a Brand Integrity Officer to join our APAC team. In this role, you will support the UK-based Head of Brand Integrity in maintaining brand consistency across packaging as well as critical vet and pet-owner facing sales support literature. You will work closely with internal teams and international partners to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and localised regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create translated product packaging artwork in line with brand guidelines.

  • Ensure all packaging aligns with templates and approved processes.

  • Collaborate with the Head of Brand Integrity, our Regulatory Affairs team, APAC Regional Director and regional distribution partners to maintain compliance with international regulations.

  • Update and manage electronic and paper filing systems.

  • Create or update key literature assets for APAC partners using provided translations and artwork templates.

  • Support global packaging and literature translation projects across other regions when required.

About You
You will have:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.

  • Proficiency in Apple based industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite) for packaging and literature artwork creation.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
